Forms and Submissions
Most of our processes require specialty forms in order to proceed with the process. In order to assist you in expediting that process, we have forms online for you to download, fill out, and submit back to us.

Project Funding Request
We accept Global, Project Funding requests, except conflict areas. Humanitarian Projects are always setup as sustainable. Everything else is Economic Development. See the suggested list under Services we Provide.

For Project Funding, we need a Short description (4 lines), how many times/places it can be duplicated and where, dollar amount per location, and Job creation per location to start. Once this is received and approved we will ask for a Pre-App. DO NOT SEND A BUSINESS PLAN yet. It will be deleted. There are Phases to Projects, and this is First Phase.

Sale of Financial Instruments​
We have several different DOA and procedures for ALL Financial Instruments, submit an inquiry to our contact page, we will provide you with the information we have. In the subject line, place "BG/SBLC or MTN Request for Documents." You will be sent the information. We do not have FC or SS MTN at this time.
Trade/Monetization
For MOST of our Trade/Monetization, whether cash or instruments, we need a KYC, Passport, and a copy of the item (usually a POF or MT760). Regardless if cash or an instrument we will need an RWA from the Bank with Bank Officer signed business card. These are to be submitted to laura@oceankalm.com. In the subject line, place "Request for Trade/Monitization For <Business/Individual>." KYC and POF should be no older than 2 days old so there is time for Compliance processing.
Project Contracts
We are heavily involved as a Compliance Officer and Consultant in the Redemption. Although we are also Sellers, and are performing Management on our own Projects, we have also contracted with MANY of our Clients to Manage their Funds and Projects too. This keeps us very busy in the Project realm. It will be even busier once all the funds become available.
